This recording by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra under Myer Fredman was never released on CD as far as I'm aware and the Australian Broadcasting LP is now pretty hard to find - this copy was loaned to me (thank you Jonathan!).
Myer Fredman's Bax credentials had already been shown as he recorded the 1st and 2nd symphonies for Lyrita. These and some of his other recordings can be heard here.
