This 1987 album from New York born Eddie Daniels on clarinet sees him pay his respects to Charlie Parker. Daniels was on top form here, along with his band - uncredited on the sleeve, but who were: Fred Hersch (electric piano - actually a Yamaha DX7 synth, ubiquitous at the time), John Patitucci (bass), Al Foster (drums), Steve Thornton (percussion).
The video is first one I've made where Graham Slee's Accession phono amp isn't partnered with the Elevator step-up for moving coils. However, moving coil is still in evidence since here I used the high output MC SAE1000LT.
I was also trying out an ultra-wide angle Olympus 9mm BCL lens no bigger than a body-cap (hence the monicker "BCL"). It makes my room look a lot bigger than it actually is . . .
Cartridge: SAE 1000LT high output moving coil
Phono amp: Graham Slee Accession
Turntable: Kenwood KD7010 direct drive
