Frankie Goes to Hollywood

Frankie Goes To Hollywood, the Liverpool group formed in the early 1980s and fronted by singer Holly Johnson, was a short-lived phenomenon that nevertheless burned very bright. Their debut album - Welcome To The Pleasuredome (1984) was an undoubted hit, helped by the single Relax being banned by BBC radio for a time.

Side 2 (or "G") featured Relax plus two of Frankie's most iconic tracks - War and Two Tribes. War has a Ronald Reagan sound-a-like (Chris Barry) - which immediately dates the music, and Chris Barry pops up again as Prince Charles on a short, unlisted, track at the end of the side.
