Almost three years ago I posted Martinů's 3rd Symphony from this double-LP set from Supraphon with the Czech Philharmonic conducted by Václav Neumann. Here is the 5th Symphony dating from 1946, and it forms part of a little series of "Fifth Symphonies" on my Classical YouTube channel.
The symphony is dedicated to the Czech Philharmonic, who first performed it under Rafael Kubelik at the 1947 Prague Spring Festival.
