It's almost three years since I posted any music by Dusty Springfield - The Look Of Love from the Casino Royale soundtrack - so it was about time to have some more, and what better than three tracks from the 1969 album she recorded at American Sound Studio in Memphis.
Dusty In Memphis, though it didn't have a lot of success on it's original release, has became a classic album with an almost legendary status. Here are the first three tracks, forming side 1 of Analogue Productions 45rpm release, including Dusty's most iconic hit - Son Of A Preacher Man.
