The Aegean Sea is a 1979 album from Japanese musicians Haruomi Hosono, Takahiko Ishikawa, and Masataka Matsutohya. It is considered to be an excellent example of Japanese smooth fusion-jazz and combines traditional Greek elements with (I understand!) Balearic grooves.
